Empowering Independence for TBI & NHTD Waiver Participants
At Venture Forthe, we are proud to offer our Structured Day Program to individuals enrolled in the New York State Medicaid TBI and NHTD Waiver programs. These Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) are designed to support individuals who require a nursing home level of care but prefer to live in the community.
TBI and NHTD Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Venture For the Structured Day Program through the TBI or NHTD Waiver programs, individuals must:
Be Medicaid-eligible.
Be able to live safely with available community resources.
Not currently be enrolled in another waiver program, such as OPWDD.
